Visa:
Visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Visa Formalities:
- Photocopy of the following pages of the passport:
- with surname and given names,
- with photograph,
- date of expiration,
- instruction clause,
- and a photocopy of the last page of the passport.
- Photocopy of the residential permit - not required for Polish subjects.
- Attestation from the Travel Agency concerning purchase of the return air ticket or photocopy of the return air ticket.
- Photocopy of the WHO international health certificate (Yellow Booklet) with vaccination against Yellow Fever.
- Two (2) passport-size photographs.
Visa fee is:
- 200 PLN (two hundred Polish zloty) for a single journey visa
- 250 PLN (two hundred fifty Polish zloty) for a multiple journey visa
Journey visa should be paid in cash.

Additionally we ask to send a copy of the bio-data pages of the Passport to the e-mail address of our Consulate - consulate@gambia.pl.
Vaccines
Anti-malaria vaccines are recommended.
Yellow Fever vaccination is necessary for travelers from infected areas. Please refer to the publication "Countries with risk of yellow fever transmission and countries requiring yellow fever vaccination" as published by the World Health Organisation. The link is as follows: Link.
Check with the Medical Centres in the person's own countries.
