- Your personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than is necessary to perform activities related to it, as specified by separate regulations (e.g. accounting regulations). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

However, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the Controller’s actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the operation of the Website.
- In relation to you, activities involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken for the provision of services under the concluded agreement and for the Controller’s direct marketing purposes.
- Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we transfer it outside the European Union.
